Project 2 - Expressing Self Interpretation Spatially.

This time we were to relate human form (anthropometry) to proportion and scale in terms of spatial organization while incorporating our self interpretation. The final design was to be produced as a full 1:1 scaled installation.

 

In this project I teamed up with fellow classmate Meera Satheesh, we derived obscurity and complexity as a concept after a short discussion and progressed to developing the concept of visual manipulation. Our space utilizes angles and manipulates the movement of light to encourage viewers to explore and uses their visual perceptions as an explanation. The space moves in a way that requires viewers to experience it thoroughly to discover it further emphasizing obscurity.
